Testimonials
"Great space and loved the easy going and adaptive vibe of the instructor. I’ll definitely be back!"
-Slow Flow with Christy, ClassPass Review
"Sarah is way more adaptable and conscious of different levels of people in classes than I have experienced in other yoga classes. I love that she gives different tips and modifications to the poses as we go. It feels more welcoming to people like myself who are hesitant about going because of skill level or personal challenges with flexibility or weight. "
-BARBARA, YOGA PRACTITIONER
"It was a lovely class! very accessible to all levels and the instructor, Sarah, was incredible!!"
-Relax & Recover Yoga with Sarah Handy, Review from ClassPass
What if I've never practiced yoga before?
Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, you're welcome to join one of our classes. We strive to make yoga available to everyone, regardless of background or extenuating circumstances.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
Not necessarily. We provide mats and other props for those who don't have their own. We ask that those who do have the ability to bring their own mats to do so. This way, everyone can practice together. No worries if you forget your mat some days though - it happens!
I want to attend a yoga class, but I don't have enough money to participate. Is there anything I can do?
Absolutely! Look out for our donation-based classes and feel free to reach out to us to work something out. We want to accommodate as many people as possible.
