Why I do this (my story)...

After several car accidents, I was trapped in unbearable sciatic pain that touched every part of my life - work, travel, even simple moments of joy. Nothing helped, and I began to believe this pain would be my forever. The I found BCST and somatic movement (SOMO). They seemed too gentle to matter, yet something shifted. Slowly, my body began to heal. I wasn't surviving anymore - I was reclaiming my life.

Feeling that freedom for the first time in years changed everything. I knew I had to help others find the same relief and hope. Now, though my work, I get to watch people rise from pain to possibility, rediscovering the lives they thought they'd lost.

Pain once ruled my life, but now I lead with movement, strength, and purpose. Your body can heal too. The question isn't if - It's when you'll start.
