This luxury retreat is designed as a calm, nurturing pause - an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, accessible, and supportive for all bodies.
Seasonal transitions can be activating for the nervous system. This luxury retreat at Fall Equinox offers a steadying counterpoint. You’ll experience gentle, accessible practices that support regulation, reduce stress, and help your body find balance again. Everything is designed to be paced, optional, and responsive—so your nervous system can soften rather than brace.
This is a day to pause, reorient, and move forward with more ease.
The pace of the day will be unhurried and welcoming, with plenty of space for rest, nourishment, and integration. Guests will move through immersive offerings - allowing them to discover a variety of gentle, nervous-system-supportive approaches.
What attendees will experience:
Round-robin style immersive sessions 10-15 minutes each with different wellness modalities. Practitioners Include:
Tini Alexander: Founder of Resonant Recharge, offering sound-based experiences designed to support nervous system regulation and deep rest. Tini will be offering vibroacoustic therapy sessions using a specialized mat that delivers therapeutic sound vibration directly through the body.
Jodi Perty: Trauma Informed Reflexologist, Reiki Master, and Holistic Wellness Practitioner. Jodi will be offering tuning fork sessions for parasympathetic activation and vagus nerve toning. This technique also relaxes the muscles around the neck and head and improve circulation.
Elizabeth Krause: Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Soma Sage Studio. Enjoy a 10-minute massage designed to release tension in neck, shoulders, and scalp. Using slow intentional touch this session helps calm the nervous system, ease tight muscles and bring a sense of grounding to the body.
Cheri King: Certified Light Therapist and BEMER Therapy System. Cheri will be offering the BEMER Therapy system which delivers low-level electromagnetic pulses through a mat you lie on. Encouraging a parasympathetic state, supports recovery and reduces physical stress, improved circulation, can improve sleep quality, and improve resilience to stress.
Sharon Schweizer: Certified and Licensed Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Trager Approach and owner of Potency of Touch LLC. Sharon will be offering a blend of the two modalities depending on your needs. Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy supports the nervous system and offers deep stress and pain relief. Especially beneficial for PTSD, TMJ, chronic pain, anxiety and injury recovery. The Trager Approach is designed to restore ease and motion. Highly supportive for chronic tension, Parkinson's disease, scoliosis, balance issues, and repetitive strain.
Sarah Handy: 200+hr Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified in Assisted Stretching, and Owner of Handy Yoga LLC. Sarah will be offering Supportive Stretching which can be a really powerful way to regulate the nervous system because it shifts the body our of a "doing" state and into a place where it can safely receive and release. It can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helps release stored tension, reduces the need for control, and deepens breath awareness. Supportive stretching gives your body a chance to soften - to be held, rather than hold everything together. And in that space, the nervous system can finally exhale.
