Yogalates

Yogalates is a balanced blend of yoga and mat Pilates designed to build strength, stability, and mindful connection in the body. This class will be led by Sarah.

This class pairs:

  • Yoga's grounding, breath-centered movement

  • Pilates' core-focused, controlled strengthening exercises

Together, they create a practice that supports both mobility and muscular endurance while keeping you deeply connected to your breath.

Expect a mix of:

  • gentle warm-up flows

  • core and glute strengthening

  • mindful transitions

  • lengthening stretches to release tension

Yogalates is accessible for all levels and offers a playful, supportive way to build strength from the inside out - without losing the calming, intentional feel of yoga.

Perfect for anyone wanting a little extra stability and strength woven in their practice.
