Vinyasa is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the minds and body. Vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow. Sarah’s Vinyasa flows are creative and most often lead into a peak pose.

This is an all-levels class that offers gentle movement, mindful breath, and space to soften. A beautiful way to reset and reconnect.

As an Intuitive Reiki Guide, Katie will gently infuse the space with Reiki energy and offer aura cleansing techniques to support your healing journey. She also leads visual guided meditations to support deep rest during savasana, helping you to integrate the practice and reconnect with your most authentic self.
This class is a safe space where you can quiet your mind, release what no longer serves you, and leave feeling a profound sense of calm, clarity, and restoration. No prior yoga experience is needed—just an open heart. Come as you are and allow yourself to unwind.

Chair Yoga is a gentle and accessible form of Hatha yoga that makes the physical and mental benefits of a traditional mat practice available to everyone, regardless of age, mobility, or fitness level. In this welcoming class, all postures and movements are adapted to be performed while seated or using a sturdy chair for support and balance, so there is no need to get up or down from the floor.
What to Expect:
The class begins with guided breathing exercises and a seated warm-up to center the mind and loosen physical tension. You will then be guided through a series of gentle stretches and modified poses designed to improve range of motion in the spine, hips, shoulders, and legs. The second portion of class may include optional standing poses, such as Warrior variations, where the chair is used for stability to build strength and enhance balance. The session concludes with a seated cool-down and a final relaxation (Savasana) to leave you feeling calm, refreshed, and grounded.

What You’ll Experience:
Each gathering blends somatic movement, yoga, and meditation — three modalities that beautifully complement one another.
Somatic movement helps you reconnect with your body’s natural patterns of ease.
It’s a gentle, intuitive practice that invites slow, mindful exploration so you can release stored tension, increase mobility, and retrain the nervous system toward safety and softness. Rather than forcing movement, we listen for what the body is ready to offer.
Yoga supports this work by creating structure, stability, and intentional breath.
The shapes help you both ground and expand, offering a familiar framework for your body to rest into as you explore the inner landscape.
Sound Meditation anchors everything together.
As the mind settles, the body softens. As the body softens, the mind becomes clearer. Sharon will serenade you with Native American Flute music.
Yoga and meditation have always worked hand in hand — one preparing you for the other, guiding you toward a deeper sense of presence and inner steadiness.
When these three practices interweave, they create a powerful pathway for regulation, clarity, and reconnection. You leave feeling more centered, spacious, and attuned to your own inner wisdom.
