Sunday yoga classes to offer a respite from the work week. Class starts with bhakti (devotion or chanting) while Sarah plays the sans-harmonium, then moves into a slow flow. We slowly build some heat in the body, and then take some time to restore in a few restorative poses. Eventually moving into a mini Sound Bath while in savasana (corpse pose) with Sarah's crystal singing bowls. This class is designed to relax and restore your whole body, mind, and soul.
